Women must continue their quest to be successful leaders in today’s dynamic and disruptive digital era. There will be three talks revolving around the central theme of women and leadership:

1. “How Women Leaders Build a Powerful Network” by Professor Melinda Bandalaria, Chancellor and Professor, University of the Philippines Open University

- Networking is interacting with others to exchange information and develop professional or social contracts. It is not about collecting business cards but more about building relationships.

2. “Women and Leadership in the Digital Era” by Professor Lily Chan, Chief Executive and Vice-Chancellor, Wawasan Open University

- Leadership in this new era is not all about coding skills but having the necessary qualities to understand and embrace digital technology.

3. “Climate Change: A Green Learning Agenda” by To be confirmed speaker

Climate change has affected the Commonwealth countries. The way to address this is to have a green learning agenda to change behaviours and look at how to achieve sustainable development
